Through practical, industry-focused learning, you will:
Acquire skills and knowledge in customer experience management, digital technologies for business innovation, sustainable practices and revenue management.
Design your own learning, and equip yourself with skills in either Leadership, Sustainability or Generative AI, crucial skillsets designed to help plot your way into the future.

You will be awarded the Specialist Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management upon successful completion of two Post-Diploma Certificates (PDCs).
The Specialist Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management will be issued upon meeting 50% of attendance requirement and passing all coursework and assessment.

Restaurant Revenue Optimisation (15 hours) | You’ll discover how a restaurant’s strategies and tactics directly impact its revenue. To optimise profits, you’ll learn to consider key factors such as demand, revenue, and supply management, and how these elements work together to drive business success. |
Events Revenue Optimisation (15 hours) | Each function space and revenue source has its own unique characteristics. By gaining a deeper understanding of the physical attributes of event spaces, you’ll learn how to apply business strategies that maximise yield through effective pricing approaches. You’ll also explore space optimisation theory, pricing techniques, and communication tools that can be used to enhance overall revenue performance. |
Hotel Ancillary Revenue Optimisation (15 hours) | In this module, you’ll explore revenue management applications beyond rooms, F&B, and events. You’ll examine different revenue streams and learn how to manage and generate income across these areas. You’ll also understand how to optimise demand within targeted market segments and apply the right pricing strategies to achieve effective revenue optimisation. |
Hospitality and Tourism Capstone Project (30 hours) | In this module, you’ll bring together everything you’ve learned from Sustainable Tourism Management, Rooms Revenue Optimisation, Event Revenue Optimisation, Restaurant Revenue Optimisation, and Hotel Ancillary Revenue Optimisation. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of how the various components within the hospitality and tourism industry are interconnected and interdependent. Climate and Sustainability Reporting (45 hours) | In this module, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks in Singapore, with a focus on the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), which builds on the TCFD and GRI Standards. You’ll explore climate risks and opportunities to strengthen the link between sustainability and financial performance. You’ll explore best practices in sustainability and net-zero transformation and apply low-carbon strategies, such as tracking energy and resource consumption, to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact. |
Entry requirements
Applicants should hold a local diploma or equivalent from a recognised institution (preferably in Business or Hospitality).
Applicants without the stated qualifications may be considered with:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, or
Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
Shortlisted applicants may be required to attend an interview and/or entrance test.
