This 12-month programme is ideal for fresh Diploma holders who are keen to embark on careers to become leaders in the field of hospitality and tourism. It is an industry-recognised qualification that facilitates career growth by strengthening competencies to provide bespoke hospitality experiences and quality tourism.
Through this programme, you will acquire skills and knowledge in customer experience management, digital technologies for business innovation, sustainable practices and revenue management. You will also be designing your own learning, and equipping yourself with skills in either Leadership, Sustainability or Generative AI, crucial skillsets designed to help plot your way into the future.
Course objectives
Upon completion of the diploma, students will be able to:
Develop expertise and acquire management skills related to key operating departments in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Leverage digital technologies for business innovation and customer experience.
Explore how sustainable practices can support the continued development of the hospitality and tourism industry.

Entry requirements
Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents who are:
graduated from the Polytechnics from relevant feeder programme within three years of graduation or the Operational Ready Date (ORD) for full-time National Servicemen, or
within five years of graduation from the Polytechnics, and if their employer is a participating company.
Admission will be reviewed and approved by the polytechnic on a case-by-case basis.
