Participants explore their personal narratives and reframe any dysfunctional beliefs that may be holding them back.
Design Thinking for Life Design
An overview of the design thinking mindsets, process, and framework applied for life designing and problem solving.
Work View
Participants define their personal work philosophy and values, and how these shape their approach to work and life.
Integration of Life and Work View
Participants integrate their Work View with their overall Life View and goals.
Balance Dashboard
Participants assess their current life balance and identify opportunities for bite-sized improvements.
Energy Map
Participants map their current life energy levels and identify opportunities for bite-sized improvements.
Odyssey Planning
Participants map out possible life "odysseys" or paths to unlock new possibilities to explore.

Getting Unstuck: Defining A Problem Worth Solving
Participants learn to differentiate between "gravity" problems, ”anchor" problems, and solvable problems, in order to design well-framed problems for targeted ideation.

Beyond the Workshop: Post-Workshop Consultancy
Your journey doesn’t stop after the workshop! 1-2 weeks later, join a small group consultancy session (in-person or online) where you will:
