The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) supports mid-career individuals in acquiring industry-relevant, in-demand skills to transition into new sectors or job roles with confidence. Designed in close collaboration with industry partners, SCTP equips you with practical skills, recognised certification, and hands-on learning—so you can stay employable in a changing workforce.

Who is SCTP for?
The SCTP is open to all Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents seeking training opportunities to transition into a new sector or job role. Applicants must be able to commit to and meet all training requirements, including minimum attendance and passing assessments.
