Obtaining Your Class A Rotorcraft Pilot License

Are you planning to obtain your Class A Rotorcraft Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL)? The courses below will help you to obtain your initial, remove restrictions or renew your Class A Rotorcraft UAPL.

Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) Theory Course (Duration: 2 days)

This two-day course is designed to prepare you for the CAAS UAPL Theory Test — a requirement when applying for your UA Pilot Licence.

Class A Rotorcraft Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) for Helicopter (Practical Training with Assessment) (Duration: 3 days)

This course prepares existing holders of a Class A (Rotorcraft) UAPL limited to multi-rotor only, to safely operate a helicopter UA and to remove the multi-rotor limitation from their UAPL.

Planning to renew your existing CAAS UAPL for helicopter? This one-day course includes a refresher training to adequately prepare you for the assessment with our Authorised Flight Examiners.

If you are planning to operate a multi-rotor UA between 7kg and 25kg, this course is for you. Get up to two practical assessment attempts with our Authorised Flight Examiners to obtain your UA Pilot Licence.

Planning to renew your existing CAAS UAPL for multi-rotor up to 25kg? This one-day course includes a refresher training to adequately prepare you for the assessment with our Authorised Flight Examiners.

This course is mandatory if you are operating a multi-rotor UA up to 7kg for commercial purposes. Besides undergoing the practical training, you will also get up to two practical assessment attempts with our Authorised Flight Examiners to obtain your UA Pilot Licence.

Powered-Lift is an emerging category in the unmanned aircraft industry, combining the capabilities of both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft. This hybrid design allows for vertical take-off and landing, extended flight time, greater range, and versatility in tasks such as mapping and payload delivery. The courses below will support you in obtaining, renewing, or removing restrictions from your Class A Powered-Lift Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL).
