About BIG! 2026
BIG! 2026 is a hands-on student competition at RP organised by the Diploma in Consumer Insights & Psychology (DCIP) and Diploma in Business (DBIZ).
You will learn how people think, what drives their choices, and how brands connect with them — then apply these insights to solve a real business challenge by Swensen’s.

The challenge
How might Swensen’s strengthen its connection with youths?
You will uncover what influences youth behaviour and lifestyle habits, then transform your insights into a creative concept presented as an Instagram-style post.
What you will learn
You will build practical skills used in marketing, business, and innovation:
Understand why people behave the way they do through behavioural insights
Identify what users truly need through consumer insights
Turn insights into ideas using design thinking
Bring ideas to life through digital marketing

Learn from experienced lecturers
Be guided by lecturers with strong expertise in consumer behaviour, marketing, and design thinking. Receive practical tips, real examples, and feedback to improve your ideas.
