Republic Polytechnic (RP) has been recognised as one of Singapore’s Top 300 Employers in the 2025 Singapore Opportunity Index and awarded the Career Anchor accolade. RP is also the only polytechnic included in the index’s inaugural launch, highlighting its strong commitment to supporting meaningful career growth and positive economic outcomes for its employees.

About the Singapore Opportunity Index
The Singapore Opportunity Index (SOI) is developed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), and The Burning Glass Institute.
The index evaluates how organisations support career progression and long-term economic outcomes for employees using validated administrative employment records.
Its analysis draws on detailed occupation, wage and hiring data covering nearly one million individuals across almost 1,500 firms in Singapore’s resident workforce. This data-driven approach enables the SOI to identify employers that provide meaningful opportunities for career advancement and workforce development.
The announcement was made by Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower, at the official launch event attended by leading employers across Singapore.
