Beats Encore (Percussion Ensemble)

Beats Encore is RP’s Brazilian percussion group, known for its energetic Batucada performances since 2006. You’ll get the chance to learn from and perform alongside professionals from groups like Nadi Singapura and Wicked Aura. Beats Encore regularly takes part in events such as World Drum Night and has even organised its own drumming competition, Blazin’ Beats, during IGNITE! Music Festival. The group also stages Resonance, an annual production that showcases members’ creativity, and performs at major RP events like Open House, Graduation, Poly Forum and Reflections Arts Festival.
