Dikir Barat

The Dikir Barat interest group is made up of two teams: Endang Ratiana (all-girls) and Wira (all-boys). Since 2007, DKRP has taken part in both school and national-level competitions. Endang Ratiana was the first all-girls tertiary Dikir Barat team and has earned several top-three finishes, including 2nd place at Piala Seni Dikir in 2024. Wira has won the Piala Suara Serumpun championship eight years in a row, from 2016 to 2024. DKRP also performs regularly at RP events and works with other music groups like Wind Symphony, Beats Encore, and Gamelan Naga Kencana to showcase the art of Dikir Barat to a wider audience.
