Everything you share stays between you and your counsellor. We take confidentiality seriously, so you can speak freely and openly.
In rare situations involving serious safety concerns or legal requirements, your counsellor may need to involve the appropriate parties to ensure you receive the right support. In such cases, only the necessary information will be shared.
