Mentoring
Every student is paired with a dedicated staff mentor — usually a facilitator who works closely with your class and supports your growth throughout your studies.
Think of your mentor as someone you can turn to for guidance throughout your time at RP. They are here to support you in your studies and personal growth, whether it’s building confidence, learning how to manage challenges, or adjusting to RP’s hands-on way of learning.
If anything is affecting how you are doing in school, whether personal or academic, your mentor can also work with your facilitators and other RP staff to support you. This includes challenges such as:
Adjusting to a new environment or building friendships
Missing classes or finding it hard to stay motivated
Struggling with communication
Behavioural or discipline issues
Financial matters
Health or emotional issues
Uncertainties about your future career
Or anything else that may be getting in the way
Your mentor’s role is to help you make the most of your RP journey. You won’t have to go through it alone.
