Whether you play sports for fun or as part of your CCA, injuries can happen — and sometimes, they come back again and again. This beginner-friendly 3-day Applied Learning Module (ApLM) equips you with the knowledge and skills to better understand, prevent, and manage common sports-related injuries.
Through hands-on practice, you’ll explore practical techniques that can help you stay safe and recover more effectively.
