This beginner-friendly 3-day Applied Learning Module (ApLM) equips you with the knowledge and skills to better understand, prevent, and manage common sports-related injuries.

Through hands-on practice, you’ll explore practical techniques that can help you stay safe and recover more effectively.

  • Practise basic injury management techniques like taping, cryotherapy, and rehab exercises.

  • Understand strategies to prevent injuries and support long-term recovery.
