Course Fees
The annual fees for the Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) for AY2026/AY2027 are:

* Fees for international students include GST. The Government will continue to absorb the GST payable by Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. All fees are subject to change as determined by the Ministry of Education, Singapore.
PFP students can also use funds in their Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA) Scheme to pay for PFP Fees.

Diploma Foundation Programme (DFP) Bursary
If you’re a Singapore Citizen enrolled in RP’s Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP), you can apply for the Diploma Foundation Programme Bursary. If you qualify, you’ll receive a one-time cash payout of $1,750 (effective AY2026) which covers your full year in PFP.
