The PFP Leadership Expedition Camp is RP’s exclusive flagship programme designed just for PFP students. It’s your chance to go beyond the classroom, challenge yourself, and build the skills that define a great leader: resilience, teamwork, communication, and self-awareness.

What is the PFP Leadership Expedition Camp?
The PFP Leadership Expedition Camp is an overnight residential experience designed for selected PFP students who are ready to take the reins and lead. Through outdoor challenges and real-world problem-solving, you’ll build resilience, teamwork, and mental strength. It’s a chance to push your limits and develop skills that will stay with you long after the camp ends.
How do I join?
This opportunity is available to a small group of PFP students who show leadership potential. The selection and registration process will be announced at the start of the PFP year.

Is this an overnight camp?
Yes, the PFP Leadership Expedition Camp is an overnight experience that runs over several days and nights. You’ll rest in separate accommodation areas based on gender.
Will I be able to use my mobile phone during the camp?
Your phone will be kept safe during activities so you can stay focused, present, and fully immersed in the leadership experience. You’ll get it back at designated times.
Will meals be provided?
All meals are provided, and you’ll even get the chance to apply your outdoor cooking skills during some parts of the camp.
Is the programme held overseas?
No, the entire programme takes place right here in Singapore. Locations of the programme vary from RP campus to external campsites.
Do I have to pay to attend the programme?
If you’re selected for the camp, it’s fully sponsored—there’s no cost to you.
