  • You are required to complete the online enrolment process within the stipulated timeline to confirm your registration as an RP student.
  • During your online enrolment, true and accurate information is to be provided, including full declaration of your medical/special need conditions and offence history. Applicants found to have submitted inaccurate information will be liable to disciplinary actions, which may include dismissal from the course.

  • If you have previously studied in another Institute of Higher Learning (IHL), you will need to correctly declare the number of semesters of Tuition Grant (TG) subsidy received from the Ministry of Education (MOE).

Declaration of Medical conditions or Special Educational Needs

All students are required to declare serious medical conditions that may affect their studies, in the online enrolment system. This information will allow us to render support to students with pre-existing medical conditions and special educational needs.

Note:

  • Students who do not meet the medical pre-requisites of the diploma programme will be assessed to determine if they can continue in the offered diploma programme. Students who are unable to pursue their diploma programmes due to medical reasons may be recommended for course transfer.
  • For students who are enrolling in selected courses, you are required to go for a medical check-up or specific tests (Colour Vision and/or Audiometry tests). Click here for the list of these courses.
  • For students who are enrolling in diploma courses under the School of Infocomm (SOI), should you have any colour or vision deficiency that prohibits you from pursuing the offered course, please declare them in the online enrolment system.
  • G951 Life Skills is a health and fitness module for all year 1 students. Students can choose from a variety of sports and fitness activities such as Soccer, Basketball, Hip Hop etc. Typically a session will consist of short lecture, the activity itself, a break, followed by the second activity and finally a cool down and debrief. The number of classes per activities may vary based on the selection by students during enrolment. If you have an existing medical condition which exempts you from carrying out physical exercises and/or sports, please declare under “Others” (Section 6 of 7 (Other information) under Step 2 of your online enrolment) and upload the official document(s) from a medical practitioner registered in Singapore under Step 4 (Download and Upload) of your online enrolment. If you do not have the document(s) at the point of enrolment, you may email it to Help-Lifeskills@rp.edu.sg as soon as possible upon receipt from the medical practitioner.
