MOE Tuition Grant

The Tuition Grant is a financial grant provided by the Government of Singapore to help you manage the cost of full-time tertiary education.

Payment Schemes for Tuition Fees

Mendaki Tuition Fee Subsidy

Eligible Malay Singapore Citizens can receive tuition fee subsidies through the Mendaki Tuition Fee Subsidy scheme, based on household income criteria.

Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA)

The PSEA is a MOE-administered scheme for Singapore Citizens to pay for approved post-secondary education fees using funds from their own or their siblings’ accounts.

CPF Education Loan Scheme

Use CPF savings to pay up to 100% of subsidised tuition fees, subject to CPF Board rules and available withdrawal limits.

MOE Higher Education Student Loan Scheme

The Higher Education Student Loan Scheme supports your studies with loans to finance your tertiary studies when you pursue approved MOE-subsidised diploma programmes.

SkillsFuture Credit

Offset your tuition fees with SkillsFuture Credit if you are 40 and above by submitting your claim through MySkillsFuture.

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance for Laptop

Get a one-time subsidy for laptop purchase through the RP Laptop Assistance scheme. Eligible students can claim reimbursement after purchase.

Subsidy for Student Overseas Travel (SOT)

Full-time diploma students can apply for subsidies to support overseas programmes such as Study Trip, International Service-Learning Project (ISLP) or an Interest Group Trip.

MOE Special Educational Needs Fund

Students with physical, sensory, learning or behavioural needs may apply for the MOE SEN Fund, which supports Assistive Technology devices and related services.

Needy Student Fund

Support is available for students from low-income families to help with daily needs and unexpected financial emergencies.

Industry Certification Subsidy Scheme (ICSS)

The ICSS helps offset the cost of industry certification courses and exams recommended by your school, supporting your professional development.
