For companies with frequent deliveries, having real-time visibility of delivery status is essential.
EasiTracker enables companies to track both the status of delivery jobs and the locations of drivers at any time. It consists of two components: a mobile application for drivers and a cloud-based interface for office staff.
The mobile application displays job orders assigned to each driver and provides navigation support to delivery locations. When a job is completed, the app automatically transmits proof of delivery—such as location images and/or customer signatures—to a cloud server, eliminating the need for paper records.
In the office, staff can monitor delivery statuses in real time via the web interface. Transaction data can be downloaded at the end of the day, and historical records remain stored on the cloud server for future analysis.
EasiTracker can be customised to track other types of real-time operational jobs beyond delivery.
