This two-phase programme equips you with the skills and experience to drive meaningful change:
Phase 1: Join a three-day immersive training session at Republic Polytechnic’s LEAN Model Factory or Warehouse. You’ll work in a simulated operational environment that mirrors real-world challenges and highlights common process digitisation opportunities.
Phase 2: Apply what you’ve learned by tackling a real LEAN project at your own company. Over eight half-day sessions, our experienced trainers will guide you through the process on-site.
Throughout the programme, you will:

Use Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate process waste
Optimise workflows to improve productivity and reduce both inventory and workspace usage
