Companies often take numerous photos as part of their business processes (e.g. documenting incoming and outgoing cargo). While taking photos is simple, processing, storing, and sharing them is often repetitive and manpower-intensive.

Shoot-Store-Share simplifies the entire workflow.

Operators simply take photos using a mobile application, add relevant information, and the photos, along with their associated data, are automatically transmitted to a centralised cloud server. Time stamps and job location are included by default.

With all information consolidated in one place, retrieving photos and records becomes quick and straightforward, eliminating many intermediate steps and saving significant time and effort.

Shoot-Store-Share is customisable (e.g. allowing direct customer access), and data can also be configured to be transmitted to the company’s own server.
