Leave of Absence (LOA)

Apply for a Leave of Absence (LOA) via SNApp if you cannot attend classes or assessments for valid reasons.

All scheduled classes are compulsory. If you cannot attend your classes or Summative Assessments because you are unwell and have a valid Medical Certificate or have another approved reason, you can apply for a Leave of Absence (LOA).

You must submit your LOA application within 3 working days from the last day you were absent. Late applications will not be accepted.

Only weekends and public holidays are excluded from the 3-working-day count.

All LOA applications must be submitted through SNApp.
