Republic Polytechnic (RP) is Singapore’s fifth and newest post-secondary educational institution. It is the first educational institution in Singapore to adopt the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach for all its diploma programmes. RP was established on 1 August 2002 and commenced operations from July 2003. Our stabilised student enrolment figure is expected to be about 13,000.

Republic Polytechnic has six schools and four centres offering twenty nine diploma courses in Information and Communications Technology, Engineering, Applied Science, Technology for the Arts, Sports, Health and Leisure, Culture and Communication and Events and Hospitality Management.
