This is an introductory course to Communities of Practice (CoP), which can help participants who are attempting to start and facilitate a CoP within their organisations.
This course will provide you with the working knowledge on community of practice (CoP). It will also look at CoP's benefits and how to start a CoP in an organisation.
In this course, participants will better understand how communities of practices evolved over time and what it takes to sustain them so that they provide continual value to its members and organisations. Participants will complete a guided assignment to apply their learning and give feedback to a peer on their assignment as part of the course.
