Project CareKids started in 2019 as a simple idea to bring joy and fun to children during the September vacation. The initiative has grown to allow more students to serve marginalised children. In 2022, Project CareKids benefitted 400 children with the help of more than 250 volunteers from the various schools, clubs and interest groups in RP.
As a partnership between RP and Care Community Services Society (CCSS), we co-curate various service-learning programmes to help CCSS’s clients build life competencies, nurture good character, instill positive values, and develop their fullest potential and holistic growth.
These programme covers many areas, spanning sports and wellness, arts and culture, life skills, crafts and engineering.
Through Project CareKids and other service-learning projects with CCSS, this partnership plays a pivotal role in cultivating the spirit of service-learning in our staff and students.
