A team of Diploma in Mass Communication (DMC) final year students emerged as champion at the DrugFreeSG Video Competition 2021 under the Young Adult category.

Organised by the Central Narcotics Bureau, the competition required participants to create a two-minute video that captures how life can be celebrated by being drug-free.

The winning team produced a video that told the story of a father who managed to overcome drug addiction through family support and the love for his daughter.

For winning the competition, Wayne Liu Rong Xuan, Muhammad Hidhir Bin Yunos, Syakir Aiman Bin Sahriman, and Muhammad NurHazim Bin Ngatimin, were awarded with prize money of $2,000.
