Meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee that applicants will be offered a placement in the diploma programme. These requirements are set in place to ensure fairness to all applicants.
Students admitted to the Common Arts, Media and Design Programme must ensure that they satisfy the requirements of the respective diplomas before they can be streamed to the respective courses. Those opting to stream into the Diploma in Design, or the Diploma in Sonic Arts are required to pass the introductory elective module for the diploma in lieu of fully meeting their minimum entry requirements.
