Collection of Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript

Graduates who missed the Graduation Ceremony can collect their Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript during the extended collection period from 15 May to 18 July 2025 (excluding weekends and public holidays), between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Republic Polytechnic Centre (RPC), Room 1C. Please note that the collection is unavailable during the lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. 

Outstanding fees & Item returns

Please note that Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript will be withheld from graduates with outstanding fees/items (s) such as library books, fines, etc., until full payment or return of item(s) has been completed.

Proxy Collection

If you are unable to collect your Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript in person and would like to authorise someone to collect on your behalf, please complete the form before visiting RP:

For verification purposes, the proxy is required to produce the following documents during collection:

1. A copy of the applicant’s NRIC or RP Student e-Card

2. The proxy’s NRIC or Passport

Please ensure that all information is provided accurately, as an incomplete form will not be valid for collection. Upon successful submission of the form, you will receive an auto-generated email.

Digital Certificate and Transcript – OpenCerts

The digital version of your Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript will be issued to you via your personal email address registered with RP and Skills Passport on the MySkillsFuture Portal by the end of June 2025.
