Submitting an eGIRO allows you to make payments to RP seamlessly from your bank account. It also ensures you receive refunds, bursaries, scholarships, and academic prizes directly. You can use your account or a parent’s. Once you select your bank, you’ll be prompted to log in via internet banking.
b. I do not have a SingPass account. Can I use another method to log in to the eGIRO portal?

Can I choose to submit the hardcopy application form at the Branch instead?
Submission of hardcopy application forms is currently only applicable if your guarantor is a foreigner who is not living or working in Singapore. To request the form, email help-schoolfee@rp.edu.sg. You’ll need to submit the hardcopy in person at the DBS Raffles Place Branch.
Why do I need to open an account?
If you’re a foreigner, you’ll need to open a bank account as part of the digibank registration process. That’s because some extra identity checks can only be completed when opening the account.
Please be reassured that there is no financial commitment that is required —My Account has no service charge, no initial deposit, and no minimum balance.
What if I’m unable to submit or encounter difficulties in submitting my application?
You can reach out directly to DBS Customer Support if you run into issues.
Am I able to check the application status after I have submitted the application online?
Yes. Once you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email with clear steps on how to track your application status.
How long will it take you to process my loan application?
It’ll take about 7 working days after we receive the full application and your guarantor has completed their part of the digital application. Do remind your guarantor to complete their section. To avoid unnecessary delays, please also watch out for any emails from the Bank in case we need to reach you for further clarification or documents.
Will I be notified after my loan application is processed?
Yes, you’ll receive an official letter from DBS once your application has been approved.
