Leave of Absence (LOA)

All scheduled classes are compulsory. For students who are unable to attend classes or Summative Assessments because of illness covered by a Medical Certificate (MC) or other reasons as acceptable by RP, they may apply for a Leave of Absence (LOA).

Students must submit an application for LOA within 3 working days from the last day of the absence. Late submission will NOT be accepted.

Only weekends and public holidays are excluded from the count of 3 working days for submission of LOA applications.
