FAQs on Leave of Absence

Please refer to the step-by-step guide here.

Upon successful submission, you will receive an Application ID in SNApp and an acknowledgement email in your RP mailbox.

Once processed, you will receive an email in your RP mailbox confirming the status. You can also check the status directly in SNApp.

Sick Leave and Hospitalisation Leave application will be processed within 3 working days. However, please note that more time may be needed to process other reasons of absence.

You will not be able to edit the details once your application has been submitted. Please resubmit a new application with the correct details. The previous submission with the mistake will be rejected.

Please select the dates as reflected in your medical certificate. If the duration of sick leave includes vacation dates, please select only the dates that fall within the school term.

Please submit 1 MC per application.

You will need to submit your LOA application within 3 working days from the last day of absence.

For status of your LOA application, please check in SNApp or your RP mailbox. For other enquiries on LOA application, you may contact us via Online Enquiry Form.

Please ensure that you have installed/updated to the latest version of SNApp. You can check the version by clicking on the “About” icon before contacting IT Helpdesk via the following modes:
