Cathleen graduated from Diploma in Materials Science (DMTS) in 2019. Recognising Cathleen’s outstanding performance during her final year project and internship with Osteopore International Pte Ltd, she was immediately hired as Quality Assurance Technician by Osteopore International Pte Ltd after graduation. She was also offered the opportunity to pursue Specialist Diploma in Biomedical Technology under Earn and Learn Programme. With the support and mentorship received from company, she decided to step out of her comfort zone and take up the challenge to do part-time study while working full-time. She strives to give her best in everything she did. In November 2019, Cathleen and her colleagues received the “Made in Singapore and Designed in Singapore Awards” in the medical category on behalf of the company. 

Currently, Cathleen is pursuing a degree programme at the Singapore University of Social Sciences under the company’s sponsorship.
