The Joint Poly-ITE Food Manufacturing Career Fair 2023 was jointly organised by Republic Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Institute of Technical Education (ITE), with support from Enterprise Singapore on 19 July 2023.

At the event, Minister of State for Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) Ms Low Yen Ling launched the Internship Playbook for Food Manufacturers, which provides a guideline on how they can develop a structured internship programme with clear focus areas that will benefit students. The playbook was developed by EnterpriseSG, with support from various Institutes of Higher Learning.

25 food manufacturers companies participated in the career fair, and Ms Low also visited their booths to learn about their products and latest developments.
