Tan Hock Yang, Diploma in Supply Chain Management with Merit, School of Engineering

Hock Yang is an outstanding student who blends technical excellence with integrity and empathetic leadership, demonstrating both purpose and empathy in his work.

He has also contributed to service-learning initiatives, applying his skills to support meaningful community projects such as Journey to the North, where he worked with his team to support elderly participants through engaging activities and created positive impact.

He led his team to victory at the Supply Chain Challenge++ 2024 by developing a novel optimisation approach to solve real-world challenges. He was awarded the LF Logistics Scholarship and the prestigious Lee Foundation Scholarship.
