Industry Certification Subsidy Scheme (ICSS)
The Industry Certification Subsidy Scheme helps you offset the cost of industry certification courses and exams recommended by your school.

Eligibility criteria
You can apply if you meet all the following:
You are a full-time Diploma student
You are a Singapore Citizen
You receive a government bursary
Your Per Capita Income (PCI) must be ≤ $1,375 or your Gross Household Income (GHI) must be ≤ $5,500 (up to Higher Education Community Bursary Tier 2)
Funding
You can receive up to $300 per candidature.
Notes
If you're eligible, you can use the subsidy for more than one course, until you’ve used the full $300.
The course or exam must be from the list recommended for your diploma.
Once you’ve obtained your certification, inform your school coordinator. You’ll be asked to submit your invoice and certificate online via the Financial Assistance, Scholarship System (FAST).
Once approved, your reimbursement will be credited to your GIRO or PayNow account registered with RP.
