Diploma in Supply Chain Management (R21)

School of Engineering, Diploma in Supply Chain Management(R21)_dscm

What You Will Learn

Join the dots in a connected global marketplace, with a firm understanding of the supply chain.

The Diploma in Supply Chain Management (DSCM) covers the intricacies of every aspect of a supply chain in areas of procurement, supply and demand planning, distribution and logistics operations.

Through DSCM, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge on processes and practicalities behind the movement of goods, information and finances along the supply chain, gaining a solid understanding of how suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers come together in international trade.

Embrace the opportunity to learn about specialised logistics verticals, namely, handling of dangerous goods, cold chain management for food and handling of pharmaceutical products such as vaccines and medicines.

Master the knowledge in digitalisation and technology trends that are revolutionising supply chain operations. You will gain hands-on experiences at our advanced laboratories such as the Supply Chain Innovation Lab and the RP-ST Logistics Healthcare Supply Chain Lab. You will also have the opportunity to learn from case studies from RP’s Centre of Innovation for Supply Chain Management (COI-SCM) and work under the guidance of COI-SCM consultants in projects.

Be awed by the opportunity to embark on local or overseas internship, where we bring you behind the scenes in prominent organisations such as Bollore, DHL, Kuehne+ Nagel, LF Logistics, Schneider Electric, ST Logistics, and Toll Group.

The insightful and practical modules taught in RP have helped solidify my foundation as I start my journey in the supply chain industry. The knowledge and skill I acquired have greatly empowered me, and I’m fully confident of succeeding in the complex and challenging field of supply chain management.
