Choose your pathway: build engineering capabilities or strengthen people leadership through two specialised majors.
Apply skills in unmanned systems, data analysis, and engineering prototyping, or build leadership capabilities by developing expertise in change management, learning and development, and organisational psychology.

Option 1: Work‑Learn Programme
The Work Learn Programme offers structured on-the-job training through a sign-on arrangement. If you enrol in this programme, you will complete the relevant Industry Orientation Programme (IOP) modules through your Work‑Learn Programme placement.

Alternatively, if you do not enrol in the Work‑Learn Programme, you will complete the IOP through the following modules:

Notes:
To enrol in the Diploma in Defence & Security Management (DDSM), you must be a Singapore Citizen (or Singapore Permanent Resident in the process of attaining Singapore Citizenship) and are required to complete a medical declaration as part of the admission process. During the sign-on phase, you must successfully undergo medical examinations and fulfil any additional requirements such as selection tests, specified by the respective uniformed agencies.
Admission to RP is based on academic merit and subject to available vacancies in our diploma programmes. Meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee that applicants will be offered a placement in the diploma programme. These requirements are set in place to ensure fairness to all applicants.
