Through this minor, you will have the opportunity to:
Gain knowledge and skills to promote holistic health across all ages.
Explore best practices in developing health promotion programmes.
Learn evidence-based strategies to change health behaviours in physical activity, nutrition, and stress management.
Apply nutrition concepts to address chronic diseases throughout life stages.
You will need to complete a total of 12 Modular Credits (MCs) to fulfil the programme requirements.
