Fariah Siham, a third-year student from the Diploma in Business and Social Enterprise (Currently known as Diploma in Business) won the North West Outstanding All Rounder Student (OARS) Award 2021.

Fariah is passionate in giving back to the community. She has been actively involved in various service learning projects in Republic Polytechnic (RP). She was part of the PA-Community Leadership Programme and RP Youth Corps Leadership Programme.

She participated in several business competitions, and is the Admin Head for the School of Management and Communication Club. 

Throughout her studies, Fariah performed well academically and is a recipient of various awards. These include the Higher Year Scholarship, Republic Polytechnic – Daisy Phay Foundation Scholarship, and MOE Edusave Award.
