At STA, we work with industry partners to create a structured Industry Immersion Programme (IIP) for our students. The programme is developed to deliver specific learning outcomes to provide the best experience for our students and partners.

Before the start of their stint, students are interviewed by School industry partners and are then hired as full-time interns for a period of 20 weeks. Both students and partners companies have mutually benefited from this experience.

As an indication of success, many of our students have found jobs before their graduation because of their ability and attitude displayed during their time with the companies. Conversely, many of our partners have used this opportunity to assess and identify talented individuals to join their team.
