Update your official name

You may log in to the Student Portal to check that your official name is correct in RP's records.

Please submit the updated student particulars form if there is a change to your official name. The details must be provided by 4 April 2025, as the official name will be reflected on your Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript.

Order your Graduation Attire

It is compulsory for all graduands attending the Graduation Ceremony to be in the RP Graduation Attire. Please note that we are introducing new RP Graduation Attire for the 2025 Graduation Ceremony. You can purchase or rent your Graduation Attire online from 1 April 2025 to 29 April 2025 via RP’s appointed vendor, Beau Voix.

The Graduation Attire can be collected on campus from 22 April (Tue) to 26 April 2025 (Sat), and from 28 April (Mon) to 30 April 2025 (Wed) at TRCC Room 1C, between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Graduands may also opt for home delivery via courier for an additional cost of S$8.72, with online orders accepted from 1 April to 20 April 2025.

Graduands must purchase or rent the Graduation Attire in advance, as it will not be available for sale or rental on the Graduation Ceremony days. Only those in the proper attire will be allowed to attend the ceremony. 

Rented attire must be returned to Beau Voix after the Graduation Ceremony during the following dates and times:

  • At RP TRCC Room 1C:

    • 2 May 2025: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm

    • 5 to 8 May 2025: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm

  • At the vendor's office premises:

    • 14 to 30 May 2025: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Prepare your e-ticket and notification email

Graduands who have registered to attend GC 2025 will receive an email titled “Graduation Day Details” a week before the ceremony. It will be sent to the email address indicated by you in the Form for RP Graduands. The email contains information such as the reporting time, seat number, along with instructions for the Graduation Ceremony.

You are required to present this email for entry to The Republic Cultural Centre (TRCC).

For Family Members and Friends Invitation

  • Each graduand can invite up to two guests to the ceremony. 

  • Guests are reminded to bring along the e-ticket with the QR code or a print-out of the QR code for admission to the Graduation Ceremony.
