Get ready for graduation by completing these key tasks.

Step 1: Update your official name
You may log in to the Student Portal to verify that your official name is correct in RP's records.
Please submit the update of student particulars form if there is a change to your official name. The details must be provided by 7 April 2026, as the official name will be reflected on your Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript.
Step 2: Provide contact details and register for graduation
All graduands are to complete the Contact Details and RSVP Form for Graduands to provide your contact details and indicate your attendance for your Graduation Ceremony. Please do so from 31 March 2026, 2pm to 21 April 2026, 9am.
Step 3: Register your guests
Each graduand may invite up to two guests to attend the ceremony. Complete your guest registration via EventBrite by 21 April 2026, 9am.
Please note that only graduands and guests who have registered by the closing date and time will be allowed to attend the ceremony.
Step 4: Order your Graduation Attire
It is compulsory for all graduands attending the Graduation Ceremony to be in the correct RP Graduation Attire.
Graduands must purchase or rent the Graduation Attire in advance, as it will not be available for sale or rental on the Graduation Ceremony days. Only those in the proper attire will be allowed to attend the ceremony.
Ordering Period
Online ordering for the Rental/Purchase of the RP Graduation Attire will be available via RP’s appointed vendor, Beau Voix, on https://for.edu.sg/rp-beauvoix, as below:

Return of Rented Attire

Step 5: Prepare your e-ticket and notification email
Graduands who have registered to attend GC 2026 will receive an email titled “Graduation Day Details” a week before the ceremony. It will be sent to the email address indicated by you in Step 1. The email contains information such as the reporting time and seat number, along with instructions for the Graduation Ceremony.

You are required to present this email for entry to The Republic Cultural Centre (TRCC).
For Family Members and Friends Invitation
Each graduand can invite up to two guests to the ceremony.
Guests are reminded to bring along the e-ticket with the QR code or a print-out of the QR code for admission to the Graduation Ceremony.
