During Graduation Day

Before the Ceremony

Safe Management Measures

Safe Management Measures

All registered graduands will receive an email around a week prior to GC 2022 regarding the Safe Management Measures (SMM) required. For your safety, please read and adhere to the instructions specified in the email.

  • Vaccination Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) requirements apply

  • SafeEntry via the TraceTogether Token or mobile application is required

  • Staggered reporting and exit times will be observed

  • Graduands must only be seated at their assigned seats

  • Face mask to be worn at all times

Vaccination Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) Regime

Guests are required to meet the national VDS requirements to be allowed entry into RP Campus. Only the following groups of guests will be allowed to enter RP campus and attend GC 2022:

  • Fully vaccinated

  • Medically ineligible (as certified by General Practitioner, public or private healthcare provider)

  • Recovered from COVID-19 in the last 180 days

All unvaccinated graduands (including those who are medically ineligible for vaccinations) will be required to do a self-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART) and submit the negative test result to RP before attending the Graduation Ceremony.

Unvaccinated graduands who have registered to attend the Graduation Ceremony will receive an email about a week prior the event, with the instructions on how to submit their ART results to RP. Please adhere strictly to the instructions provided and the submission method specified within the email. Once the ART submission is approved, you will receive an email validating your ART results.

Please allow our staff on duty to sight your vaccination status or supporting documents at the points of entry into RP campus or The Republic Cultural Centre (TRCC).
