RP has worked with closely with NTUC Health on real-world industry projects since 2018. This dynamic collaboration has seen School of Hospitality (SOH) undertaking various consultation and Corporate Social Responsibility projects, internships and industrial attachments with NTUC Health. 

Some key projects undertaken by the students thus far include Customer Experience and Journey Mapping consultation projects, as well as biannual Customer Satisfaction Surveys. The findings from the projects have provided insights that help improve customer experiences across NTUC Health’s Senior Day Care and Home Care divisions.

In 2020, our partnership will continue with an expansion of the current project scope to include training and service blueprint projects. The mutually-benefitting partnership also saw NTUC Health sponsoring the Gold Medal prize for the top SOH student of this year’s graduating batch.
