Industry Attachment Scheme (IAS)

The Industry Attachment Scheme (IAS) is established to attach RP’s academic staff  to the industry.  Through IAS, our staff can refresh their industry knowledge and keep themselves up-to-date with the latest industry practices and developments. The scheme enables our staff to develop authentic real world learning experiences in our curriculum.

Modes of Engagement

Under IAS, staff may engage companies through:

  • Collaborating through joint industry projects

  • Providing consultancy service to company through problem statements

The scope and duration should be discussed and agreed upon by both the staff and the company prior to the commencement of IAS.
