Certification
Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
For courses with formal assessment component, participants will be awarded the certification of completion upon passing the assessment. Otherwise, a certification of attendance will be issued instead upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
Trainer's Profile

Mr. Eugene Tham graduated from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (First Class). He also holds two master’s degrees – Masters in Computer Science from NTU, and Masters in Engineering and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He has been teaching in Republic Polytechnic (RP) since 2006. Previously, he worked in DSO National Laboratories as an embedded systems software engineer for six years. For most of his career, Mr. Tham focused on software coding, embedded systems, and micro-controllers. His alternate interest lies in electronics and product design. Mr. Tham is also passionate about service-learning. He has been leading various local and overseas service-learning projects for more than a decade; enriching the learning experience of his students.
Mr. Tham is a strong proponent of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). He is well-versed in both Workfusion and UiPath. He holds the UiPath’s Advanced Developer Certification too. Today, he imparts his skills and knowledge in RPA through RP’s short courses. With his experience in RPA project consultations, he co-crafted the Advanced RPA Practitioner short course targeted to help practitioners with their RPA projects.

Ms. Eng Pei Chee graduated with an Engineering bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Technology Malaysia. She joined Republic Polytechnic (RP) in 2016 as a lecturer. Ms. Eng enjoys sharing her knowledge and working alongside youths. Prior to joining RP, she taught at the Southern University College in Malaysia. Her lecturing experience provides her an in-depth knowledge on the academic work of an Institute of Higher Learning. She also served as a project engineer with V.S. Electronic Sdn, Bhd.
With her proficient coding skills in C/C++, VB, and Python, she has been actively involved in RP’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) short courses since 2019. She also helped various organisations to leverage powerful automation and supported them with the implementation.
Experienced in RPA project consultations, Ms. Eng co-crafted the Advanced RPA Practitioner short course to help practitioners with their RPA projects.
