Customer Relationship Management

This module examines how a firm's resources, information, and processes can be managed strategically to foster greater customer intimacy and loyalty. It covers the need to understand the rationale and process of building profitable relationship with valued customers in order to be customer-focused, sales, marketing, and service executives.

Customer Relationship Management is a module selected from the Diploma in Business Practice (Hospitality Management). It enables participants to acquire new skills or deepen relevant skills without the need to pursue a full part-time diploma. Further, participants may choose to complete the remaining modules within the validity period, of 5 years, to be awarded the full Part-time Diploma qualification.
