This hands-on course will teach you how to build, analyse and deploy chatbots with the help of Dialogflow – the industry-recognised leading tool by Google to create conversational interfaces.

In this one-day introductory course, you will learn the fundamentals of Chatbot technology and create your very first chatbot with little to no coding at all!
This beginner level course will cover:
- Evolution of chatbot
- Current landscape – adoption and technology
- Principles of good chatbot design
- Understand key features of a chatbot development platform (Dialogflow)
- Understand how to integrate the platform with user interfacing apps and backend systems
- Mini-project 1: Creating a FAQ chatbot with no coding
- Mini-project 2: Creating a reservation chatbot with basic coding

Entry Requirement
No coding knowledge required. Participants should be able to read and edit simple Python and JavaScript under the trainer’s instructions.
Certification
Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
For courses with assessment component, participants will be awarded the certification of completion upon passing the assessment. Otherwise, a certification of attendance will be issued instead upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
