In this course, participants will learn about the various stages in Gilly Salmon’s 5-stage model in online learning environment. Participants will explore strategies to effectively facilitate online and how to craft effective discussion forum topics to enhance trainees’ learning. Participants will experience easy-to-use online tools and be adept at choosing appropriate ones for online training.
