Revenue Management is the art of manipulating consumer behaviour by optimising the price and matching the availability of products to the demand.

This 1-day workshop will provide participants with the understanding of key Revenue Management principles and basic techniques used to maximize the opportunities to generate more revenue. The ultimate goal of revenue management is to maximise the profit and not revenue alone. This workshop will focus on maximising the revenue part.

Main topics covered are Market Segmentation, Distribution Channels and Tactical Pricing.

Entry Requirement

This workshop is suitable for non-revenue managers and does not require any experience and knowledge in the area of revenue management.

Certification

Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.

For courses with assessment component, participants will be awarded the certification of completion upon passing the assessment. Otherwise, a certification of attendance will be issued instead upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
