Understanding F&B Income and Expenses for Revenue Management

This course guides participants to interpret and analyse F&B financial statements. Participants will also learn cost-analysis techniques for effective pricing along with analysing external and internal threats to revenue collection and control.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Entry Requirement

Participants are expected to possess F&B operations capability, with some knowledge and experience in F&B revenue management.


Certification

Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.

For courses with assessment component, participants will be awarded the certification of completion upon passing the assessment. Otherwise, a certification of attendance will be issued instead upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
