Value Stream Mapping

As consumers, we’re used to have things readily available and within reach at all times. But how do they get there?

This short course covers the concepts of process flow tools and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). The VSM is a management tool that helps conceptualise stages from product creation to delivery.

Participants will learn to use VSM in a real-life assembly and product environment. Through hands-on sessions, participants will be able to better appreciate the purpose, benefits, and application of process flow tools and VSM in bringing the product to the consumer.
